In order to keep up with the growing demand from international clients looking for larger volumes/container sized shipments and to develop new export markets worldwide (in particular the U.S.A.& the Pacific continents) Culimer’s young sales department in Vietnam is looking for an
International Sales Manager
Fulltime, based in Vietnam
Responsibilities
- Setting up an export sales department, and managing the sales team of 3-5 account managers;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts from overseas;
- Developing and taking charge of sales targets and profitability goals;
- Developing new business areas and acquiring new customers;
- Organizing, attending and managing trade fairs;
- And other works as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
- Master degree holder in Economics, Foreign Trade, Fishery or similar fields
- Fluent English verbal and written skills;
- Able to deal with foreign cultures and relationships on CEO level;
- Extensive experience in export sales, preferably in seafood products;
- Prepared to travel abroad, representing the company;
- Sufficient knowledge of legal and financial aspects of export trade;
- Interpersonal and team motivating skills
The International Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director of Culimer Vietnam Co. Ltd and will be part of the management team with other department managers.
