Description
The moro shark, also named as shortfin mako shark, has a white to pink flesh and can be found in tropical waters. The average length of the moro shark is 1, 8 to 2,5 meters. It is probably the fastest swimming of all shark species and considered to be the best of all to eat.
Moro shark has a firm texture, is low in fat and can be used in a wide range of courses. We supply steaks, fillets, chunks and loins.
