Description
Tuna is a large, distinctive, pelagic and world’s most popular commercial fish. It has a pink to dark red flesh, a firm texture and contains the valued Omega 3 oil.
Our yellowfin tuna is caught by long line vessels in the Pacific Ocean, a dolphinsafe fishing method. It is a popular replacement for the endangered Bluefin tuna. Our range of smoked tuna products consists of portions, slices and canapees. These products are available in natural tuna, tuna with spices and tuna with sesame.
