Tuna carpaccio consists of thin slices of light smoked tuna and is mostly served als alternative for the more common beef carpaccio. Carpaccio is usually served as an appetizer.
Tuna
Tuna is a large, distinctive, pelagic and world’s most popular commercial fish. It has a pink to dark red flesh, a firm texture and contains the valued Omega 3 oil.
Our yellowfin tuna is caught by long line vessels in the Pacific Ocean, a dolphinsafe fishing method. It is a popular replacement for the endangered Bluefin tuna. Our range of smoked tuna products consists of portions, slices and canapees. The products are available in natural tuna, tuna with spices and tuna with sesame.
