Description
Tuna has a pink to dark red flesh, a firm texture and contains the valued Omega 3 oil. Our yellowfin tuna is caught by long line vessels in the Pacific Ocean, a dolphinsafe fishing method. It is a popular replacement for the endangered Bluefin tuna.
The black marlin is found in tropical and subtropical Indo-Pacific oceans. A marlin has an elongated body, a spear-like snout, and a long rigid dorsal fin. It can reach a length of 4-5 meters and 670 kilograms in weight. Our black marlin is caught by long line vessels in the Pacific Ocean, a dolphinsafe fishing method.
