The blue shark is found in the temperate and tropical oceans and grows to a length of about 3,5 meters. The body of the blue shark is deep blue, becoming lighter on the side and is white on the underside.
Our blue shark is caught by long line vessels, a dolphinsafe fishing method. Blue shark is low in fat and has a white to light pink flesh. We supply loins and steaks.
